Google Corrected its Mistake (Breaking News)

It is our Great pleasure to inform you all that the news Buddha’s Birthplace error in Google Maps is already history. It is just couple of hours I received message from friends of mine: “It seems to me your blog is very closely watched by Google people.” I rechecked the Google Map and found there that Buddha’s Birthplace now not in India, but in Nepal. This is due to our voice, this is due to our effort. Lots of groups created in Facebook ( Hey Google! Buddha was born in Nepal not in India!!!, Google Fix the Buddha’s Birthplace error in Google Map, google maps I Hate U: birthplace of Buddha is, “Lumbini, NEPAL”, not UP, India ) as well to raise voice against Google’s wrong information.
Could you check Quotations by Authors and the map in this article. These links are also with some blonder mistakes. We need to raise our voice there too. Even after flood of criticisms, Newsweek Editor Fareed Zakaria is pretending that nothing happening against his misinformation. A wise man always accepts his mistakes. Let’s wait and see.

I don’t think google had corrected all of its mistake yet. If you search with the keyword ‘birthplace of buddha’, the google map would still show the result ‘Birthplace of Buddha, Uttar Pradesh, India’.

It seems Google playing with us. Sometimes we can see Nepal and sometimes Uttar pradesh, India. It means we need to give more pressure.

im just glad for all the well wishers of nepal n all d followers of buddha that the ultimate truth has come out….a suggestion to google maps or any other related bodies–plz, b sensible and do some factual research before u take any further steps , because, u not being able to bring out the truth may hurt millions of people’s feelings….

Very good news for Nepalese people. Afterall google realized their mistaken. we should raise our voice against misguiding about buddha and buddha’s birthplace.

Google le Facebook ko kunai aawaj suneko jasto chai lagena but kunai mahan manchhe le chai place name edit gareko jasto lagyo. But still more info click garda UP nai dekhaucha. Dont stop shouting. Everybody report in the report section of the google map

More info ma Utter pradesh dekhako kura sahi ho ….But if u see edit inforamtion then Utter pradesh is original and Nepal is in the edited area. That means Google has corrected the matter but still one or two places still error is existing.
