Guidelines for essay writing
Theme: Buddha and Contemporary World (बुद्धको बबचार, आजको संसार)
Length: Max 1500 Words
Highest Age of participant: 22
Everybody will be awarded by a certificate of participation. Top three and highest scoring participant from school level will get attractive prizes.
Deadline: June 15, 2010
Each essay will be evaluated by a team of undisclosed evaluators.
Essay submission process: Microsoft Word Document or PDF document by email (Minimum 12 point font and 1.5 line spacing)

The sender has to write the title” Buddha and Contemporary World” as e-mail subject, or print on envelop when sending by mail.
It is expected that participants study wider range of reference materials specially focused on basis of evolution of Buddhist philosophy and its significance in contemporary world. We encourage participants visiting libraries and relevant websites including:
